Here's an example of a multisite service during a pandemic.  Five churches were involved in this online service, where everyone respected safety guidelines.  The choir and special music was provided by a family of musicians who lived together and were safe in closer quarters.  The anthem was done through Zoom and edited together.  It starts at about the 23:00 minute mark.  There is even a glitch in the opening hymn - something that can happen in a mulitsite service when people are working from different places.
